The FAST Bump high-cut helmet system is primarily designed for use in training operations where no ballistic threat is present. Offering protection from blunt force trauma, the FAST Bump has a shell weight of (size L) 1.02 lbs. offering a lighter alternative to the FAST line of ballistic helmets and is ideal for training situations where helmets are configured in "mission ready" formats. The FAST Bump's rigid shell, complete with the same Modular Bungee Shroud as other helmets in its range, makes it an ideal helmet for Night Vision devices that require a rigid and stable platform. PowerPath ARC Rails allow for the mounting of other headborne accessories and The FAST Bump's Vented Lux Liner and Head-Loc retention system keep the wearer comfortable even during prolonged periods of rigorous training.
